| Applicants for the new board member should be reported by this month in order to be on the ballots for January. All positions are open to current bird club members. All positions are wonderful positions and are great experiences. Please don't be shy. If you are interested in being a board member, please come forward. You can e-mail myself at westgard@gci.net if you have any questions!
Also nominations for next years speaker are being collected as well for the January ballot. Forms can be found on the home page. I hope that everyone can take a moment and reflect on all the lives lost in Hurricane Katrina and Rita. These are very sad times for everyone in the nation. We are in deep mourning for the people, their families and all the pets that may cherished during these recent disasters. God Bless and take care of yourselves and each other.
