| What is The Alaska Bird Club? |
|
The Alaska Bird Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization incorporated in the
State of Alaska. Membership dues are applied towards efforts to educate people about owning
companion birds. Our main projects are our monthly educational meetings and a monthly newsletter
that provides information on basic bird care, training, behavioral issues, nutrition, and other
pet bird-related topics. We also aid in the adoptions of unwanted birds and have a very successful
committee that assists in the rescue and return of lost birds birds.

We meet on the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Serendipity Adult Learning

We love your birds, but please don't bring them to our meetings. We usually have a
bird of the month already attending and we don't want to risk passing illnesses from one flock
